Rothenburg Crystal Clean
This product is designed for interior use. It is made from premium grade pigment powder and 100% acrylic resin, which are mixed with Silver Nano. It can do more than preventing bacteria, fungus and moss, but can be considered as “Hygienic Anti-Bacteria Paint”. Moreover, Rothenburg Crystal Shield is produced by supreme technology Crystal Polymer Cross-Link from German. The composite of Crystal Polymer Nano’s molecule is similar to crystal, which deeply penetrates into concrete surface. So it offers a sturdy crystal film, which is easy to keep it clean.

Crystal Clean is suitable for interior. It can be applied on plaster, concrete, brick, gypsum board and any surfaces with similar quality.

|Step 1: Surface preparation||– Allow the surface to dry out over period of at least 30 days or moisture content not more than 14%– Ensure that the surface is clean and dry||– Dirt, chalky surface and peeled off paint should be washed out.– Fungus or algae covered area must be cleaned by fungus or algae cleaner after that clean it by water and let it dry 2-3 days before painting|
|Step 2: Primer Coat||– Apply 1 coat of Crystal Shield Alkali Resisting Primer– Leave the surface to dry about 1-2 hrs before applying top coat||– Apply 1 coat of Crystal Shield Contact Primer– Leave the surface to dry at least 6 hrs. before applying top coat|
|Step 3: Top Coat||– Apply 2 coats of Crystal Shield for exterior or Crystal Clean for Interior, should leave the surface to dry about 2-3 hrs. before recoating||– Apply 2 coats of Crystal Shield for exterior or Crystal Clean for Interior, should leave the surface to dry about 2-3 hrs. before recoating|
